Here with have the barge Arjan, she is a ex working barge, but spent the recent years as a workshop barge on the river Thames. She is now on a secure residential mooring here at Port Werburgh. The original living accommodation is still mainly complete, which would make a great office or second living space. The hold is xxx by xxx and is split in to 3 areas through access, ready to convert into a wonderful large home, the roof is individual hatch covers xxx by xxx and can be kept or replace with a fixed roof. Outdoor space is ample with a decked area above the first set of hatches which can be easily extended. She has a crane on her starboard side which can be kept to load materials on board or boat on deck. The engine room has be turned into a generator area but would make a perfect utility space.
